Ad 1 Advertising both Ivy Meadows and Arbor Meadows. Garages were included in the sale price at Arbor Meadows, where they were optional at Ivy Meadows. In addition, the finished half-story of the Cape Cod model was included at Arbor Meadows where this feature was optional at Ivy Meadows. The rendering shown in the ad for the Cape Cod is incorrect: the garage is shown adjacent to the bedroom wing where it should be at the opposite side of the house adjacent to the Living Room. This error was common in Levitt Homes ads for awhile, even for communities in other states, like Northview Estates and Northampton Estates in Maryland. The brochure for Whale Rock even had the incorrect rendering. Note the fact that the ad does not even reference the larger community of Winslow Crossing, though there is a subtitle "in Winslow Township" following the Levitt Homes logo. (9/19/1976)
