Parc Bel Pre Exhibit Center used the Strathmore at Bel Pre Exhibit Center and sample homes located on Rockview Court and Hathaway Drive off Layhill Road (Route Md. 182).

The initial section of Parc Bel Pre was a contiguouis addition to the original plan for Strathmore at Bel Pre on Beret Lane and Beret Place.  Beret Lane is shown only as a stub on the original site plan for Strathmore.  The remainder of the Parc Bel Pre community is physically separated from Strathmore and is located off Georgia Avenue (Route Md. 97).
