Welcome to
Parc Bel Pre

Parc Bel Pre
is a separate section of Strathmore at Bel Pre, Levitt's upscale community in the manor club area of Montgomery County, Md.  Physically separated by a heavily wooded greenway connecting Bel Pre Creek and a branch of Rock Creek, Parc Bel Pre was likely given a different name because Levitt had already decided not to fully build out Strathmore--the former exhibit area, sample homes, and a few additional homesites off Layhill Road were not connected with Parc Bel Pre until another developer built a subdivision in the 1990s.  The Strathmore section is still disconnected from Parc Bel Pre and the former exhibit area.  Parc Bel Pre homeowners belong to the Strathmore at Bel Pre Homeowners Association and are members of the Strathmore at Bel Pre Swim and Racquet Club.
